My car was cleaner than when I took it to a dealership (bad experience) There was a slight drip blemish on the work they did and they kept the car and sorted the issue . They also touched up and couple of chips for me for the inconvenience. I would love to know what cleaner they used as my cars smells and looks brand new . GREAT JOB . Would recommend them to everyone.

My car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier and in the future I will come back with any bodywork needed on my vehicle.
T	Trevor Tourond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get some glass replaced in my vehicle, was told it would only take a couple hours,and i could just stay in the area and wait for it.. but it ended up taking them all day! I dropped it off at 8am and they couldn't get it back to me til 5pm right as they close, instead of getting me a courtesy car and sendinv me on my way they wasted my whole day! Not only did it take them all day to do the repair they didnt clean ANYTHING. After picking it up i noticed I still had glass everywhere, and not just a little bit, like the whole window was still in the spare tire compartment, they didnt put any seats down or anything, glass was literally everywhere, and i made sure before taking it to them that the clean up was included in the quote and they assured me it was. After seeing this mess, I called boyd to get it sorted out and the guy at boyd was very apologetic, and said they would do a top notch job for me and get all the glass out if i just took it to them again..so i toom it to them again, but after having it for another half day to clean it up i got it back with tons of glass still in it. All i got to say is the service is terrible, their communication is terrible as they lost my quote the first time around and I didnt find out until my insurance company called to tell me, the lady at reception is rude and was arguing with me about paying a $100 deductable on their screw up , and in the end didnt properly rectify the problem. I was warned of this before going, but i guess i just had to find but myself.

Was extremely happy and their prices are extremely competitive. AMAZING SERVICE!! Would recommend all friends and family to use BOYD for all your repair needs. Thanks again for the huge help!

They really did a good job, and they fix my dent extra with no cost, they didnt even tell me. I just saw it when I got home. Staff here is super friendly i am really happy. Thank you guys.

I got an estimate done on some bumper damage, but they also buffed out a previous scratch for me (for free) as a courtesy. They went above and beyond, I’m definitely taking my car here for any needed repairs in the future.
