★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALWAYS brought my vehicles here. They show me what they're doing if I look confused. Tell me what needs to be done, what should, my options etc... very honest. Never had a complaint. They get me the best prices on parts. And they're not too hard on the eyes either. ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Bravo Auto for the last 8 years and have always had excellent service. Being a woman we generally have less knowledge in the workings of auto mechanics and can be taken advantage of quite easily. I've been fortunate as my dad was a mechanic / engineer so I was taught how to diagnose problems and question repairs/estimates more so than most of my female friends. That being said I have NEVER had to push back or question the diagnosis from this shop or its owner Cody. In fact I have received money saving tips and told my vehicle doesn't yet need services the fast oil change places say it is 'due' for based on age or kms. Because of these experiences I trust Bravo with my yearly vehicle inspection to ensure that I can tow my trailer through the mountains safely every summer. I put my trust in their workmanship and advice to keep my daughter and I safe while on the road. This review is long overdue, thank you Cody! I couldn't recommend them more highly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for new brakes to be replaced and each time they repaired them they would still squeak. Mechanic blames it on the brand of brakes yet when I discussed the topic with several experts in the field they told me that the brand is a standard in the industry and is well reputable. I called the brake company directly and was told that the mechanic probably didn’t do a good job. Even though the brakes are still under Warranty the mechanic wouldn’t offer to do a proper job or at least offer a refund so I can go elsewhere. Not recommend!
