★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge Shoutout to Ryan Halpenny with Onsite Restorations and the great work they did today on our car. They came to us, and worked out the garage and looks brand new again. They came in under quote and were done early. Amazing service for any dents and ding to your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kitchen sinks flooded and destroyed my flooring, and I thought what a headache that will be. But Richard Stauffer contacted me right away and got the ball rolling. He kept in touch to let me know when things would be happening and when they would need access to my suite. The place now looks FANTASTIC!! It was done in a timely manner and so very well done. I would definitely recommend ON SIDE!! Thanks so much for making my house a home again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible communication, unresponsive to concerns of workmanship. Was told worst case could take three months took 5 months for work to get done. Still can’t get any answers about our contents. Never cleaned up job site or finished the final finishing touches. Contractor brought young kids with him to work. After losing all confidence with this company had to finish the job ourselves. Project manager came to site once in the beginning never came again. Lied about dates things were going to get done by. Would never hire this company again. For anything!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible communication, customer service, and ownership of their own work. The project manager was unwilling to properly communicate with me, coordinate contractors, and get the job done in a timely manner. The only way to eventually get the project done was keep calling onside and repeatedly update them on what was still to be done.

This company was in charge of restoring my condo unit after a sewage leak, and not one of their workers take any pride in their craft except for the man that installed the tile. The painter ripped the anchor out of the wall and expected us to reuse the hole he made, another painter decided to claim the difference in his paint job to the first painter is the texture in the walls, when it's clear another coat of putty, sanding, and painting is needed. The vanity was installed with a hairline Crack that was shrugged off. People heed my warning ⚠️ "stay clear, very clear of using Onside Restoration, " as a company to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving this company a one star review is generous. I suggest a negative star review because from start to (still not) finished, this company has been a nightmare to deal with. There has been absolutely no coordination of the trades, which is their role. Workers came without instruction or notice, and the quality of the work has been subpar at best. Despite escalating issues to the complaints department and the general manager, no one has even contacted me to address concerns. Do not deal with this company and steer clear at any cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a huge water leak from our furnace that went unnoticed for several months Normally, I am the first to complain when I get bad service, but I can honestly say the On Side restoration job that was done was outstanding from the beginning to the end!! From the emergency crews immediately cleaning up the water damage to completing the restoration the On Side staff and vendors did an absolutely amazing job! The furnace replacement was done very professionally with no issues. The flooring company could not have been more accommodating and the floor looks amazing. The drywaller and painter were 10 out of 10 in ensuring the job was done to perfection. The cleaning crews did an amazing job in the rooms where water damage was restored where drywall dust existed and additionally did the adjoining rooms when the dust was carried to. Not to mention they came out three times to clean up as the dust built up. On Side put down floor protection to prevent the winter from being carried inside during restoration. On Side vendors were on time each day or immediately notified us of any delays (winter weather). This incident was very stressful to our family but to know we had the backing of both our insurance company and On Side made the process all the better. With no question, I would recommend On Side to friends and family! Our Kudos for a job well done and a huge Thank you to Justin, Anna and Vinita for their leadership!!
