★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend this company to do a restoration in the building.
Items on the owner/resident went missing very surprised to see other comments indicating the same issues.
Created a bigger mess when they were trying to restore the issues, this lead to very unhappy owner, very unhappy situation for the corporation, and then to recuperate cost came out saying we need other job. Of course it is to blame a manager as well in this whole mess but they installed unnecessary stuff claiming to fix something that a engineer later on told us what was the real issue.
Be aware they subcontract.
Boards be aware of what your manager quotes you with, and remember some managers work for these companies not for the corporation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More stars deserved... Waking up to my daughter in the middle of the night saying water is coming from the ceiling all over the basement is a scary feeling. I called 24/7 and they immediately showed up as promised, very professional even though I’m having a meltdown at my home flooding. Removed ceiling and found fridge line exploded in the rafters. The water was flooding my basement for a while before my daughter woke up and I was able to turn off the main line. Ryan and Bobby had a team fix the line, remove drywall and brought in these big dryers. Saved my basement with minimal fixing and minor damages. The work was done fast! If you want your investment, your home taken care of like it’s there own, this is your team and company to call.

Their attention to detail and the report given are always great. We get many complements from the home owners on how professional they are.

They did an estimate to my property due to a hail damage. I submitted this estimate to insurance company but this has not been approved without additional information. When I requested this information from 24/7 Restoration I've been ignored for a few weeks but after my multiple attempts and messages I've been told it's too much work for them and they don't want to spend time on it.
I feel like the estimate was done with random numbers, and this is the reason why my insurance have not approved it.
Totally not professional. I lost a few months and have to find another contractor now, and start all over again.

Ryan was always upfront and honest with timelines and estimation of the repair. The worked directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to. The crew was extremely knowledgeable about what they were repairing, I was confident they were the right company to use. Thanks again!!

Had a good chat with Craig and I was pretty bummed to hear about his tools!! Glad he was back up and running quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go or even entertain calling this business for some work to be done.
Sub-contracted work, so the bill will be extremely expensive. Better to go direct (ex. plumber or electrician in my case) rather than call their company.
The work they did was done way back and they invoiced really late.
Never even tried to get in touch with us while work was being done then.
No estimate, and took advantage of a situation.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Work done was for 5 days, bill sent indicated 10days!
Shady business to do so!
It was mere "coordination" to call a tradesman who's able to do the job and bill it as "project management". Very limited explanation on what was also billed.
