A capable, knowledgeable staff willing help is becoming rare with everything done online.
For professional fishing guides it is has those sought after items at prices that in some cases are cheaper than online. They also offer a discount to the guide community.

1 contacted Adrian by email because I was concerned that the store was too commercial for the casual no nothing fisherman like us.
Our email exchange was vey helpful so my wife and I made the trip down Saturday. We were guided around the store by Brent who helped us with our gear and set us up with a suitable and simple array of tackle for Winter Springs. He suggested I take a photo of the stuff we bought so that we could keep notes on what worked where and when, I know I would never remember the name of something that worked well and I lost so the photos seemed like a great idea.
The prices and selection were excellent and I was given a detailed explanation how to set prawn and Crab Traps (including some hand drawn diagrams). Yes we bought traps there as well
Speaking of Prices their prices for Yeti parts and accessories were much less than Amazon.
Prices great, service spectacular.
