โ โ โ โ โ The owner was very friendly and helpful. Her shop and the way she runs it reflects how passionate she is about skating. We took about an hour in the store to buy a board. She answered all our questions and taught us everything we needed to know before buying one. Whether you're an expert or there to buy your 1st board, this is definitely the place to go to.

We were in really good hands at this store as the owner proved to be courteous and knowledgeable, and was willing to spend the time to find the right board that fit our skill level and price range. โ โ โ โ โ I came into Steve's Board and Apparel this past Saturday to get my son his first skateboard! I was overwhelmed because I have no knowledge of this stuff, but the owner (a very nice woman, upset that I can't remember her name but I want to say it is Lynn!) made me feel very at ease! She explained everything to me, took out a half dozen boards for me to look at, and explained what kind of safety gear he would need as well. Needless to say, I felt like I made a very informed purchase and i was so so so happy with the price.
Listen - long time Richmond residents will get what I mean when I say that our idyllic little Steveston Village is ceasing to exist. It's very sad! but when you come into this shop, you feel like you're in Old Steveston again.
I absolutely love this place & recommend it to everyone!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Great prices and really friendly staff! Put on new grip tape in a few minutes for a very low cost. Have a very large selection of skateboards and longboards, as well as parts such as wheels, trucks, and bearings. Will definitely come back for my next board or service!
