★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite record shop in the greater Vancouver area. I always enjoy stopping in and chatting with Frankie when I’m in the neighborhood. His knowledge is immense! Bought various CDs and Vinyl here over the years. There’s typically 3 crates or so of punk and metal vinyl at the very back also, if that’s your thing. Worth the trip to Steveston!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this shop on numerous occasions to look for some rarities. The owner is very knowledgeable about various genres of music. Take a look at some of the pictures of this shop before going. Since if you are looking for Death Metal and Hip Hop well then this place is not for you. But old school rock and roll you then I'm pretty sure there will be something for you.

And on top of all that the store has amazing selection (especially considering the small size of the shop) and great $2 used records. Very happy to have this store in steveston!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked past this store today, didn't know it was there until now), and I was just blown away by the amazing selection of music and other nifty items! Also an amazing sale rack... picked myself up 15 cd's, and there's tons more to buy so I will be returning!! The owner was such a nice, friendly chap, had a great chat for about 10 minutes before leaving. It's a great store, take ten or fifteen minutes and browse, it's just one of those places that will make you want to go back time and again! Thank you BeatMerchant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person in the store was super helpful and offered to order us in basically anything we needed. They have a decent selection from a variety of genres and the store is clean and well lit. My husband and I did get a big chuckle at the end was the man who was helping us mentioned how he had seen us many times and helped us before because we'd never been in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place doesn't exist anymore, it's permanently closed. Not sure why website, social media or Google haven't been updated. Owner retired in 2021 apparently. There's now a board shop in its place.
