★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guys were awesome. Paul gave me a quote on Friday and the work was completed by Wednesday. Work included removing all the railings, removing all vinyl, replacing rotting plywood, reinforcing existing plywood and putting in new vinyl. There was a problem where the vinyl received did not match the sample, Paul contacted the supplier and within a couple of hours it was old sorted out. I highly recommend these guys.

I found a contractor who was willing and accommodating to meet me after work on a Friday for a site inspection to scheduling and completion of the deck within about two months. They rearranged their schedule so I didn't have to worry about it falling apart during the coming fall/winter season. Thank you Paul and your team for a great job!

As a follow-up to my last complaint regarding Rick at CityWide, I would like to note that we were contacted promptly by Paul Bulat who started CityWide. He immediately responded to us and booked a time to meet with us in person to address all the concerns regarding the job. Some of the concerns were not fixable but for those that were, he offered great solutions. He understood our concerns, noting Rick is a great worker and he worked with him for years. We were impressed by Paul's quick-to-action solutions. We would do business again with this company as we appreciated the steps he took to make things work. In the end, that is all you can ask for is to be heard when things don't go the way they should as in our case. He assured us this is not their standard of business and appreciated us for allowing him to address this situation in person.
