Itβs surprising how diverse his skillset is from quick and respondent communication to understandable explanations of the repairs done and what to look out forβitβs been a wonderful experience and I am so appreciative of his time and help! β β β β β I canβt say enough good things about Jack! Iβm not an electrician by any means, but Jack took the time needed to go over every detail with me to make sure that I understood the pros and cons of everything.
I havenβt seen this level of attention to detail in a while, well priced as well! 10/10 recommended

β β β β β Peter and Jack serviced our generators at Capilano Suspension Bridge and did an excellent job. Not only where they professional/informative but they took the time to go the extra mile by cleaning inside and around the generator. Would highly recommend Pac Power Systems for generator servicing.

β β β β β I recently used PacPower when my boat generator refused to start. I had tried many generator repair shops but not many repair boat generators. PacPower generally specializes in land-based generators but was willing to come take a look to see if the repair was something they could do. Despite not being an expert in my generator brand (Westerbeke), Peter (the owner) researched the repair manuals and leveraged his generator expertise to trouble-shoot and isolate the issue. I appreciate the prompt service and willingness to take on the job even though Peter had a full work-load. Thx again!

β β β β β We had Peter come out to our camp site and install a generator and transformer system. As well as automatic signalling cables for two other system we had previously installed.
Very professional service and would highly recommend again! Peter was a pleasure to have on our site.

β β β β β Peter and Jack, what are great guys! They figure out the problem just a few hours which has been treated by a few group of so called professions for month. They are quick and accurate, even in the marine power system they can get it sort out in no time. and Great personality! patient and make the plan most benefit to you... they are the best! I strongly recommend them to everybody!
