★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the technician was excellent. Very knowledgeable and shared knowledge so I could take on the minor upkeep myself. Technician was impeccable in keeping the site clean and devoid of spills. Overall very good to work with. My only complaint is they were not clear on the estimate. Was quoted an hourly rate, but charged for a suite of services. This increased the project cost by $200.00. They declined to honour their estimate.
