β β β β β First time going and definitely a bad experience. I cannot handle spice at all so I told the guy at the counter donβt make it spicy. Basically i spent the next 3 hours trying to breathβ¦ the beef donair tasted good but I expect there to be a bit more in the wrap itself β¦ there was barely anything let alone meat. the chicken salad was good but I expect their to be a variety of veggies and not just lettuce and tomatoes

β β β β β The staff here are nice! Itβs our first time here and the cashier noticed that we were having a hard time choosing from the menu, so she talked to us and gave us some suggestions. The staff are nice and smiling. The place is nice and simple, nice music selection and the food is 10/10 for me. We ordered the beef and lamb shawarma and itβs excellent. We also tried the yogurt drink, what I can suggest is that for people who likes sweet stuff then stay away from it. I personally like it.
All in all 10/10 for attitude, ambiance and food

β β β β β Ordered the chicken shawarma platter with Greek salad for 15.99. It is definitely pricy compared to other shawarma places, but the portion was generous and the flavour quite nice.
Downside: The platter doesnβt come with a pita bread and the amount of hummus is quite pitiful. Halfway through eating the chicken I bit into these chewy bits, possibly bone or cartilage, I couldnβt tell. I spit it out. But of all these years Iβve been eating chicken shawarma, this had never happened to me. It was a bit of a turnoff. For dine-ins, they use disposable utensils & containers but donβt sort the garbage (eg, plastic and compostable). It is not very environmentally friendly.

β β β β β We ordered two super large chicken and lamb mix wraps and paid about $40 but got very disappointed when took the first bite as there were literally very little meat and taste wasnβt very good. I hope they upgrade their quality soon. However I do not recommend it to anyone.

β β β β β Update - they forgot my salad again and I had to ask for it. The food is great but the service is just terrible.
The food is fantastic. The service still needs some work. The chicken platter with rocks and sticks is a must. The flavors are fantastic. Food wise it is one of the best. First time I ordered take out they forgot my salad and it took a long time. Second time was a much better experience. They opened not too long ago so I'm guessing they are still working out the kinks. Once all is sorted I'm sure they will thrive. Regardless I will be back as the food is just that good.

β β β β β I've been wanting to try this place ever since they open and now having tried it, the best thing I can say is that the food was actually quite flavorful. Sadly that's about it. For some reason, you can't order online from this location. It doesn't show up as an option. You need to download the app. Once I did order, it said the order will be ready in 10 mins. It took me 20 mins to get to the restaurant only to be told they will need another 10 mins. By the way, when I was there, there was only one person behind the counter, 5:30Pm on a Friday. He was taking orders and preparing the food which explains why it took so long. Also, he went from working the till to preparing the food and I'm positive he didn't wash his hands. When I got the foods home, I notice I didn't get a salad with my Chicken Kebab Platter. From the reviews, it seems like this is a common occurrence here. The fact that I paid extra for a Greek salad made it worst. To top it off the chicken and the lamb in the Shawarma Wrap was hard and dry. It was like it's been cooking all day and I was given the outer crust. They've been open long enough that these bugs should have been ironed out by now

β β β β β Same great taste as the locations across Toronto! Chicken was hot, fresh and the whole βchicken on the rocksβ was great! Great tasting food! A must check out if you have never tried this before and for those that canβt be in Toronto right now!
