I am diabetic. So, All i can eat is Salads. I always asked for extra spinach.
I don't mind pay them more tips. As long as i get lots of vegetables.
BUT, the lady just grabs 2-3 spinach leaves when i asked for extra spinach!!!! Every time i go there. Same thing happen. i am seriously in shock. Thats why i no longer tip them.
Also, I have found out only this location does such disgusting thing.

The box is only half full. it doesn't really fill me up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had first meal of the day with my friend after a long shift at work , the trip was bad . Monica working at front has no idea about good customer service , no smile , no greetings , not taking care of customers special needs . No presence of mind at work , forgot that which sub was veg or non veg . First time visit . Definitely not coming back . Drive to some other food stores nearby instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped by this evening for a foot long steak-and-cheese. I ended up getting vegetarian, because you can barely see any meat in my sandwich. The staff there were very rude. I don't recommend this location and I'm definitely not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service!!! They tried to up-sale my child with bacon on a pizza sub. Then tried to charge for bacon. When we refused to pay, they then opened the sub to remove. Veggies were frozen and hardly put any on the subs. We ended up walking out and not paying. Both bathrooms were out of service, so my 7 year old couldn't use.
