B	Brandon Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a fast food restaurant, needless to say I was very disappointed. The spicy chicken burger was mediocre at best. Their drink section on the machine was extremely limited (didn’t have coke, iced tea or any of the popular sodas). When I told the employee that worked there, she didn’t seem very surprised. I ended up asking if I can get a coke from their drive thru pop machine, but even that one tasted like it was running low on syrup.
T	Tori Wing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a mobile order, app said ready for pick up at 10:25, went there at the exact time, stood at the mobile order pick up lane by myself. Not one of the staff acknowledged my presence. General manager was yelling at one of her employees about not knowing how to bag properly. Points at bagging instructions aggressively. At this point, I have been waiting for 10 minutes, and still no one has come up to me and all the staff ignores me. GM then shoves a big bag to my face, not even asking or confirming which order was mine. Bag was for UberEats, not my order. I was telling her maybe next time to ask customers “How can I help you or which order are you waiting for?”. She rolls her eyes and was yelling at me, doesn’t sincerely apologize, and does not know how to deescalate situations, or do recovery for customers. The GM at this store does not know how to do customer service. The rest of the staff seems okay and was just burnt out.
S	Sleepy Zard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well below regular service levels. I have been to this location on several occasions both dine in and take out, however today I dined in. Waited 10min for a baconator combo. Four customers behind me ended up getting their order before me. Order was filled when they noticed I was the only one standing there.
T	Tanya Bones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over 20 minute wait for a chicken finger meal that I ordered in advance on the app (almost didn't get the drink, but remembered and went back to get it) this last time, which is annoying but in line with every experience I've had here. It's always a long wait, a few times a missed item and cold fries is pretty much guaranteed. It's the kiddos fave fast food treat so we keep going, I just tell her I'll be back in half an hour when I run out to pick up the order, a one minute drive away.

k	kawaii hatchiko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this location. Servers were polite. Restaurant was clean. Small burger and was cold. I hate eating cold food. Especially if it’s supposed to be fresh. The bun was hard. Stale.
T	TJ Harmony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried the new Sweet Thai Spicy Chicken and it was a good burger. Tasty. Fries were ok. Not as good as we've experienced in the past. Undercooked a little? Not sure what was the miss but they weren't great. The restaurant was clean. Limited seating. No outside seating options available. We rode our bikes and we're grateful for the bike rack outside.

We know the odd customer may be giving off bad vibes and not appropriate you guys. Have a great day guys! You rock! Best place to stop in for a bite, good tunes and nice seating area. Big thumb up!
