The Ottawa area is fortunate to have a community of young entrepreneurs who make great beer and help each other out, according to the owner. The Kolsch me ousside and the Smokin' Brown were excellent! All the elements of a great beer were there. But the big surprise was also their delicious pizza - Flatbreads on charcoal. I noticed that they use the "Cowboy" charcoal which I particularly like. Try the Maple cabin ! Congratulations to the whole team and your entrepreneurial spirit.

Our wings and bison burgers took very long to arrive. The burgers tasted great. Somewhat disappointed at the soggy burger bun. We were also disappointed with the portion sizes. We ended the night a little hungry to be honest. Great selection of beers, no surprise there, we left purchasing a couple to go. Service was quite slow, but it seemed like there was one waitress for the entire place which might be why. Not sure we will come again. Overall was alright, had better.

N	Neil T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally got to try OBC today. Friendly staff, decent beers and delicious pretzels that came with 3 different & amazing homemade mustards!! We need to go back to try more food based on that & the smell coming from the outdoor wood burning oven! Only negative: seating. Not much in total and what there was on the ground floor was only hard metal stools while upstairs was too cramped for our current “social distancing” requirements. Discouraged us “older” types from staying longer but we’re planning on going back. :)

The only thing is their menu says the fries come with a dip but it didn't get delivered with our order. Other than that, it was great. Will order from here again!

Their wheat beer and IPA are great standards. Like their beer, their menu has some interesting choices and changes regularly. The candied bucket of bacon on the left the picture, delicous.
