★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone at ORB are awesome, friendly and attentive! I found the perfect frames with their help. Blue, which is awesome, nice selection! And they keep working on all adjustments to ensure that they are functional, if I have any issues. Great selection, wonderful staff, and Doc who goes above and beyond to ensure its perfect. Dr. Desai even helped me out with my little boy who has eye issues, so definitely caring and family oriented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently visited ORB Eye Care for my husband and my son's eye examination. Dr. Desai was very thorough and gracious. We will surely come back again for our annual follow up.
We were impressed to find a vast selection of frames and lenses that we all ended up buying glasses with the assistance of their staff. They were kind, professional, and very knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 3 kids for an eye exam, ages (5,8,11). Dr Desai took his time and was very thorough with each of them. This was the first time for the younger two. They were all very comfortable as he explained to them and I exactly what he was doing during the examination. My older son was recommended to do some exercises and he again, explained to both him and I the benefits of doing so.
I also purchased a pair of glasses and was unsure in terms of what style I wanted. The staff was very knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process.
I highly recommend Orb Eye Care. They have a huge array of options in terms of styles and budget. Their customer service was outstanding. I really felt like we were all taken care of with the utmost importance.

We have always found him to to be thorough, warm, patient, pleasant, caring and professional in all our dealings - everything you expect a doctor to be. He made the appropriate recommendations and had his staff make the necessary appointments to ensure I received the best possible specialist care that I needed for my cornea. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Desai and Orb Eye Care took great care of my husband and my eye care needs. I have been working with Dr. Desai for many many years and I would recommend him to everyone I know. He is both personable and patient, and takes the time to perform thorough examinations.
Also, having not worn glasses for almost 9 years and not knowing the styles I liked, his knowledgeable staff was very enthusiastic in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses (which are getting rave compliments all around!). I would highly recommend Orb – both for their great service and their wide range of options for eyeglasses, in both style and price range.

The whole eye check uo scenarios really freaks me out and she just took the best care of me. Understood my concerns and made me feel super comfortable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super confusing and unhelpful! This used to be a very organized operation but just today, they called my wife and left a message reminding her of an appointment for tomorrow. Fine … except the actual appointment is in TWO days. So my wife called them to clear up the time and the appointment was set. Then they called back to change the time of day for the appointment they had just confirmed … and after that, they sent an email confirmation … but in the email, they provided two different locations - the original office at the Erin Mills Town Centre AND the new location. See attached pic. Are they *trying* to send business elsewhere?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responding to the owner's reply below, we explicitly informed the store that we are looking for contact lens prescriptions not only during the appointment multiple times but while booking as well. We also made it clear we would be buying the contact lenses elsewhere beforehand. They intentionally did not provide any of the information required and tried to charge us further for the contact lens prescription that was already paid for. Be aware of the type of place you're going to, look at how they are projecting in their reply... Ended up going to the clearly store downtown which was amazing compared to this terrible place.
Original comment: This store wouldn't provide us the measurements we paid for but had it on their system so if we can only buy the lenses right after the appointment or we would need to pay extra as they "don't keep the measurements on their system". Overpriced as it is and dishonest. Also, the service was horrendous. Not sure if it was because they knew we were only getting our prescription here but they were rude and in a hurry for us to leave. Definitely won't be going back and letting everyone I know to avoid.
