★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have a positive experience visiting Sheridan Optometric Centre they far exceed my expectations as great eye Doctors and a great office staff. Going in is like going "home", each individual , from the Doctors to the office staff, treat you with the very best care. They explain everything, offer advice, getting me the best glasses and taking care of all my needs plus working to ward the future of having good eye sight as my eye needs change. Their help is so personal like you are the most important patient they have and they give this quality of care to each one that comes walking in the door. When family and friends ask me "do you have a good eye Dr. I could go see"? Sheridan Optometric Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don’t write reviews but I had to let everyone know about the horrible customer service I received.
About a week ago I got a call confirming my appt for today. I took the day off just to come to this appt. Anyways I showed up early and the front desk ladies said I never confirmed which was a lie, then they said I wasn’t in the system but my phone number was under the name “Jason” I told them that is me but a different name. they didn’t believe me and told me to wait 10 minutes until “Jason” arrived… I kept telling them that person doesn’t exist.
They should of just apologized for their mistake but they insisted I was wrong. They even said “this one is for the books” which was so rude and completely uncalled for.
I honestly haven’t experienced such rude behaviour from people like this in a long time. I felt just because I was of Asian background that they where treating me poorly.
I believe that these reviews before mine where bought and not even real.
I will never go back here! Learn how to treat people with empathy and kindness especially during this time.

We got two pair of glasses from this place. after couple of month my eye glasses screws was loosing spoked to reception asked them to bring back to fix it. I hand over to JOANN. after fix it I took home and I found it has been scratched
They asked me to bring back to check and same person JOANN blame me I scratched them she have done terrible job and easily blaming me. and they has to replace the glasses cause it could not fix it . finely when she return my glasses again she was blaming me not to scratch "Joann" !!! I did not scratched my glasses I am 100% sure. terrible person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been going to Sheridan Optometric for over 20 years and would never go anywhere else. The staff and Drs are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in every way. They are all amazing but we particularly love the service of Joanna, who has a keen sense for selecting perfectly fashionable and suitable frames for my husband and myself. I highly recommend them for all your optometric needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Mus is a wonderful eye doctor! The first eye doctor to help me and is informative and respectful. I've been seeing him for years now. I couldn't recommend him even more. I recommended family members to see him and all that had seen him had nothing but good things to say. He is definitely one to be trusted with your eye health. Also all the ladies that work up front are nice, helpful and informative as well. Office is nice and clean and they have a good selection of glasses to choose from (not too many to be overwhelmed with, a nice size with good variety. )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my complete eye exam with Dr. Deanna Hwang and I must say that, as always, she is the most pleasant, informative & professional health care provider that I have ever dealt with. My whole family have been her patients for over 20 years. I could not be happier with the treatment I receive at Sheridan Optimetric Centre.
When I booked, I requested some time after my appointment to try on frames. The staff was very friendly & helpful, directing me to frames that were flattering but they we’re not too “pushy”.
The store is extremely clean and they sanitized every frame that I touched once I was done. I will continue to recommend Dr . Hwang and Sheridan Optimetric Centre to everyone I know.
