★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with both the Optometrist who did my check-up and the in-store Optician was excellent. They were both thorough, competent and fast. It's the second time I have had my check-up and filled my prescription at this location. I will, of course, continue to have my eye-health taken care of here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service, glasses not so much. Had to come 4 times and replaced my first pair, but I'm still not using them. I even brought them the pair I've had for years (which I bought a lot cheaper), so they could match whatever is needed, but it didn't help.

The staff here are very friendly and attentive to customer needs, when I was picking frames my customer rep suggested a similar-looking frame that's eligible for discount. When I picked up my glasses they made sure everything is adjusted to fit as perfect as possible before I leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the store to get our glasses repaired. There was a girl name hazel she greeted us at the store. Patiently she listened and suggested me fee options for new pair of glasses and yes my glasses was repaired nicely… I would suggest ho and meet her. She is your girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of my better in-store experiences! Hazel & Stephanie were absolutely amazing! So much patience in helping me find the right glasses. I actually ended up purchasing the same ones Stephanie was wearing after she so graciously let me try them on (there were none in stock, only online). So excited for my new frames and very satisfied with the customer service these two ladies exhibited. Thank you, both!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a thorough eye exam at the Sheridan Eye Clinic (beside this Lenscrafters), I was helped out by Stephanie who was a delight to work with. She knew her products extremely well and made a recommendation we ended up buying. After trying on dozens of pairs, we checked out with two pairs that we loved.
I just picked them up last week and they were a perfect fit, thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to beat Lenscrafters when it comes to frames variety and special offers. I did my eye exam at a local boutique optical store but filling in that same prescription there, would have been 35% more expensive. Stephanie at the Sheridan Mall location was also excellent in providing great advice on a pretty complex prescription. I can't wait to get my new glasses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time shopping at the LensCrafters located in the Sheridan Centre. Not only do they have a fantastic selection of glasses, but the service was wonderful. I have shopped at different locations, but this location is a cut above the rest. Do yourself a favour and go to this store, you will love it. Five ⭐️ Place! I am doing all my shopping here for lenses, prescriptions, and sunglasses too, awesome brand names: from Burberry to Gucci❤️
