Y	Yvan Charron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai été très mal accueilli par un technicien qui ne semblait pas aimer les québécois parce que j’arborais un fleur de lys possiblement, il était très dur avec moi m’arrachais les choses des mains avec impatience et m’indiquait où me rendre avec son index sans pratiquement me parler. Son allure et son apparence me laissait croire, qu’il n’était pas venu au monde au Lac St-Jean. Pour moi ce sera la dernière fois. I was very badly received by a technician who didn't seem to like Quebecers because I was possibly wearing a fleur-de-lis, he was very hard on me, impatiently snatching things from my hands and telling me where to go with his index finger without practically speaking to me. His allure and appearance let me believe that he had not been born in Lac St-Jean. For me it will be the last time.

Bref, j'ai reçu un excellent service. Merci Docteure Devaux. J'ai accompagné une amie en date du 10 février pour un examen. On lui a demandé de venir accompagner. Nous nous sommes rendues à la clinique, sur place on dit à mon amie que je dois quitter, que je ne peux attendre à l'intérieur. Il pleut à l'extérieur, on ne me demande pas si je suis en transport en commun ou encore si j'ai une voiture. On m'invite tout simplement à prendre la porte. Quel beau côté humain et quel savoir vivre. Il ne faut pas simplement porter le masque mais il faut porter le jugement ça aide . I know this clinic for having been treated by Dr. Angèle Devaux .Very competent, reassuring doctor who knows how to answer all our questions. In short, I received excellent service. Thank you Dr Devaux. I accompanied a friend on February 10 for an exam. He was asked to come along. We went to the clinic, there they tell my friend that I have to leave, that I can't wait inside. It's raining outside, no one asks me if I'm on public transport or if I have a car. I am simply invited to take the door. What a beautiful human side and what know how to live. You don't just have to wear the mask but you have to make the judgment it helps.

L'infirmière et le médecin ont pris le temps de me rassurer avant mon intervention. Les secrétaire sont très accueillante. I highly recommend this clinic! Very professional, warm welcome and calm environment. The nurse and the doctor took the time to reassure me before my intervention. The secretaries are very welcoming.

The attending medical staff who checked me over before seeing the doctor were friendly and efficient. The three reception staff were helpful but unfriendly, and a little rude.
