★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a big fan of oodle noodles food. However, the management of this specific franchise is horrible. Can’t answer their phone, won’t confirm orders on skip the dishes and when I finally drove over the place was empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from Oodle Noodle (Terwillegar) for the first and LAST time today. Their menu advertises a well known Vietnamese noodle dish called Bun Cha Gio. Simple google search will show you what it is and what its supposed to be/look like. What I received was a soggy mass of vermicelli noodles, mushy veggies and grey meat, drenched in generic teriyaki sauce. When I called the manager he yelled and insisted it was "authentic" when I suggested calling it "bun cha gio" was misleading. Authenticity aside- the dish was awful. Rude manager, disgusting food. Will never order from them again. Wish I could give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there with lots of expectations but was thoroughly disappointed. We ordered Jungle chicken and Hot pot chicken. I had the jungle chicken. The taste was ok, nothing great, missed the zing. Also some of the chicken pieces were very dry and fibrous. I chewed and threw out a few. My wife had the other one and that was very salty. Seemed someone put double salt in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been coming to oodle noodle since their grand opening at their whyte ave location (original one!!) So, yeah, a long time. Ive had everything on the menu (ten fold) and been to just about every single location (loco right). This location is a hit and miss...more hit lately so thats good!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered take out last night and was thoroughly disappointed. Two orders of chicken Kung Pao. At first I thought the chicken wasn't cooked properly but it just wasn't good meat. Very slimy and spongy. I've been getting oodle noodle for a long time. Won't be getting again after the disgusting meal I got yesterday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here 5 times now. Called in each order. Always told 15 minutes until ready, once it was 20 minutes, walk in and the order is ready I’ve never had to wait. Everything I could see was clean and tidy. My experience at this location has been awesome. Real chicken mostly breast, not dry. I always get chicken though. Wife has the butter chicken and naan which is very good for the price and the portions are big. I don’t personally like their teriyaki, it’s very light in color and taste. I only really order the special or the sweet and sour dish with chicken.
