β β β β β If I would of known that every single detail on the website for this condo was a lie, I wouldnt have wasted my time nor money. The rent market as sky rocketed since and I think this was the worst judgment call. If you want to live in a dusty building with the most disrespectful tenants who vandalize and party all the time, than this is the place for you !! The website states "we have the amenity for you "....... They have a party room and apparently an outside terrace that I never saw because you need to book it in advance to use it... Go somewhere else. It will def not be worse than this.

β β β β β Pray that you never have an issues in your unit because trying to get something fixed is impossible. Keep in mind this is a "new build" so things shouldn't be breaking down 8 months in, but they are. The people in charge of this building are unresponsive and vacant. The elevators have been vandalized since day 1 after construction concluded (no cameras) and the visitors parking that was free to begin was sold for public parking shortly after. Homeless people are constantly getting into the building and people are smoking inside the parking garage constantly which sets off the fire alarm. All in all, definitely not a great building, no amenities no nothing so do not waste your time or money here.
