Everything is cheaply made and good luck getting anywhere on time since you have to wait for the elevator for 10 minutes. Would not recommend living here, and the fire alarm goes off atleast once a week. Can’t wait for my lease to be up and get outta here.

They didn’t give us a key for the mailbox so we have mails locked in there for weeks! The security is the only employee we can get in touch with and what they keep telling us is that we have to wait until they get in touch with management, what apparently they can’t either. I can only imagine what would happen if we had something more urgent going on and no one from management to address our issues.

Concierge and building management have been on the ball attending to and addressing all of the tenants concerns. The only complaint is I’m the type of person who takes the stairs and there is not ground level access to the upper levels. Otherwise great building in a great area.

Building is so clean with cleaning staff really amping it up due to COVID wiping elevators down and all communal areas multiple times a day. Security and attentive pleasant concierge. Lived here since it opened and fire alarm barely ever goes off, which is nice as a previous building I was in it felt like it was weekly .
