★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great service. Great entrepreneurial idea guys. I worked on my snowblower alone for two weeks trying to fix it with no luck. Admittedly I'm not that mechanically inclined but I need my equiptment to work when I need it to as I am a senior and not able to physically shovel snow. Bill the On Spot Technician came to my driveway full covid protocal and had my snowblower repaired in 15 minutes. There was a service cost to bring his work vehicle to my house but in my opinion it is a very fair cost and service was outstanding from Gavin at the office and Bill the technicion at my property . Good work guys keep up the great work.

Our snowblower had a few issues and they were responsive, reliable and the technician that completed the work walked me through exactly what was wrong with the machine and how he was going to fix it.The price was great too! I had called a number of places prior to finding On Spot Repair and it was difficult even getting a call back! I recommend you give these guys a call. They will take care of the problem without emptying your wallet. Thanks again On Spot Repair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After two visits my snowblower and two major snowfalls my snowblower didn't work. After the second visit they replaced the spark plug with a dirty used one. I went and bought a new one and had to find someone else to install it. Such a terrible and disappointing experience and total waste of $180.00!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say that I am impressed by the prompt service given to me. Owen was very professional. He arrived at 8:00 am for a scheduled appointment between 8:00 and 12:00. He repaired my mower and afterward explained to me all of the services he had performed.
The previous owner of the mower had installed the cutting blade upside down which was unknown to me until Owen pointed it out. Wow!!
The online booking and confirmation system was easy to use and the response time was excellent. It's a great thing to have your equipment serviced at home instead of lugging it to a repair shop for the same price point.
Based on my experience I would certainly recommend this company to others.
