This time around, not only was the shop so accommodating with a very busy schedule, they also had me driving away feeling like the inside and outside of my car was brand new. Five stars shining bright. You guys are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone who works there is so pleasant! They really go the extra mile. I picked up my mom mobile (my minivan) I remember thinking as I dropped it off how it needed a vacuum, clean and I was a little embarrassed. To my surprise they freaking vacuumed and wiped down the inside! For a single mom.of 3 like me it felt like Christmas day. Very very thoughtful and it helped me so much. Plus bumper looks amazing now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars! I can’t say enough good things about both their work and their customer service. We’ve used On Line twice now, for a company vehicle and for my personal vehicle. Both times they went above and beyond, working with us to keep the repairs within ICBC’s budget. Daryl and Kristi were always great to work with. Daryl spent a bunch of time trying to source the correct parts for my vehicle, and when the paint didn’t turn out to be a great match, he took the initiative to get the right colour and repaint everything. Each time I picked up my vehicle, it had been detailed beautifully. Thanks again for all your help guys, and for doing such a great job!!
