S	Shaylynn Wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad everything. Telephone and hair dryer did not work in room. Rooms look very run down and not maintained well at all. Found hair when I pulled back the covers of my bed. Website was not working to prebook a room for a better rate then what they charge if you just show up and check in.. They advertise they have breakfast yet only have granola bars to offer. Big waste of money, huge disappointment. No customer service skills either.

I tried to reserve the room and I have been told I can cancel if my flight gets canceled and I called back to let them know that my flight got canceled than different person answered the call and said he will charge full amount if I don’t show up - didn’t even bother confirm with their colleagues just straight charged me full amount. I should have looked other google reviews before I booked it - these guys don’t care about clients only care about money??
B	BSN Assignments on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place 0 stars, but gave 1 for the front desk guy who was pleasant. We will never stay here again. Disgusting room that smelled liked smoke & mould, transient people hanging around in the parking lot, noisy at night, etc. We couldn’t leave fast enough. Still can’t believe what it cost to stay here.

N	Never Stop Exploring on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was awful. I don’t think they cleaned the bathroom, just put in new towels. There was hair all over the tub and TWO used soap bars in there already. My dad had a hard time getting around as the furniture was way too large for the room. Clearly a room for 1 bed only but they crammed 2. Oh, and the “complimentary breakfast”, what a joke. It’s literally just coffee and nutrigrain bars to go. The staff was nice at check in though

First their employees not professional at all, while we checking in they provided a room that’s not even been cleaned but in their system saying that room is available for customers. Second their room equipments are not functional well especially the phone. While near check out time they were calling the room like crazy, but when I pick up the phone I can’t even answer the phone and the phone keep ringing and ringing. Then like couple minutes later I assume the “manager” brings one of their employee to our room knocking on the door and yelling at us like why you guys don’t answer the call, if you guys don’t come out and check out we will charge for two days like how am I able to answer the phone while the phone in the room didn’t work at all. Well not recommend at all, room have strange smell, and the heat in the room not working as well even the staircase warmer than inside of room.
S	Samuel Desjardins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are off the chart in the wrong way. The rooms had an awful smell of mold. I think last time I had a mattress this bad is when I slept directly on a slab of concrete. I think if they would go get some old mattress in a basement of a church it would be an upgrade for the poortel. Oh and yeah lets not forget that the Motel doesn't look in any way like the pictures you see on maps on maps it look all new and fresh but as soon as you get close you figure out it's not the case. Bad experience with the evening front desk guy when I went to ask for a Towel the answer was that he didn't had any but right in is back was the dolly full of towels I ask those are not clean ? The answer was those are to be folded. I said folded or not I don't mind I just want a Towel for my Shower I could see is laughing face when he said he couldn't give me any. Just a big disappointment from check in to check out. Wouldn't recommend at anyone at anytime. Needless to say I work 9 months a year from coast to coast in Canada and this is BY FAR the worst hotel/Motel I ever been in.
