★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. It's an older motel, and it reflects it. However, the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in in a hotel or motel in a very long time.
Check-in was painless, the room serviceable. There's no real amenities on site but Willowbrook mall and restaurants are kitty corner with a 7-11/Esso right beside and a McDonald's on the far side of that.
It's remarkably easy to find, my only confusion was the office is on one side of the road, with rooms, and Google Maps insisted it was on the other.
My only minor quibbles were that there weren't coffee makers in the rooms but can understand that it's a cost saving measure that keeps the room prices down. The only other problem is that the door didn't have the bar lock or a chain like you normally see in hotels and motels so anyone with a key or pass can just open the door.
Otherwise, very disabled friendly, and I enjoyed my stay!
Additional: The reason the lock is a concern is that the disabled, solo travels, or females, are travelling, we're often looked at as a great choice in victims for mayhem. When you're two of the three, or even all three, this is a big concern. The deadbolt has key access, which means motel staff can gain access to your room easily. While your staff may be 100% awesome, not all motel staff ARE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not about place if you just need to put your head down. Clean looks like some of it has been renovated. Staff very friendly and helpful. At first we thought it was going to be trashy motel but it turned out to be really quite nice right in the center of town too lots of places around you to eat.

But as we became regulars and loyal clients, the customer service and kindness of a particular front desk lady and the owner greatly decreased. With the loss of that, and the increase in the rate by more then 50%, means that the price is far to high for a worn out, uncomfortable and old motel room.

Negative: The right side lamp shade is not working, damp smell, , the TV was not working "weak signal or no signal", no smoke alarm, the door has no double lock, the duvet(seems) has never tasted a dry cleaning , worned bed sheets-I never booked for the place again
