β β β β β My new choice of auto shop after Joyful on 200th "unknowingly and no fault of their own" broke my headlights and burnt the cord. A great shop, they fixed everything up nicely and efficiently- price is pretty decent and they offer friendly service.

β β β β β Wow, where do i begin. The first visit was okay as I didn't need service. The second visit was a simple fix of a dial broken in my car fan. He fixed it that day and called me. So I said ok I will come by later. He called again, said that the car was fixed and wanted to know when I would come. I said I can't make it right now but I will be there before the end of the day. So I come in 1 hour before closing to pay for the service. He didn't even acknowledge me for the whole hour, just ignoring me. I was holding my credit card in my hand to pay for it and get the key to my car but he was obviously trying to pretend that I wasn't there. I kept trying to say I am here to pick up my car. No response. Wow, I have never seen this kind of childish behavior ever. I ended up coming home, no car. The next day my wife had to take time off because I couldn't make it, to pick up the car and yell at him for such rude behavior. I have seen some bad, awful behaviors by car mechanics, but this one tops them all. I always check reviews online before I visit any mechanic now.

β β β β β Trying to Find a new local mechanic close to home. I thought I would try this Chois Auto. What an aweful feeling I got when I asked him for an estimate to do a tune up. He is rude and unprofessional. For the first time I truly felt discrimination. If you are Asian this is a great place for you. It is sad to see this happening to people like myself who do not judge people because they come from different cultures. I am Canadian and treat everyone with respect but this guy doesn't deserve it.

β β β β β Today, my car battery died across the street. I ran over and asked for help, and they helped me by driving over and jump starting my car. Not a typical service needed, but I was so grateful nonetheless! They were so kind and quick to help me, I am so thankful! If you want people who are kind and caring- this is the place to go :)

Not a single visit ever disappointed me.
They are kind enough to check up my car without changing when it is a small problem, which I never expected.
Very kind, knowledgeable, and provide quick service.
I always recommend this shop to my friends without hesitation.
I have never had such a great experience in Canada as well as in Korea.
