โ โ โ โ โ I contacted the company via email back in mid/late July and setting up the appointment was very easy. The consultation itself was good, the lady (Lily) who came by was very courteous and friendly and at the end of our appointment indicated that she would take about a week to send me my quote. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I contacted her and she said that it was summer time, everyone was out of the office, she was running around on her own, she was doing walk-in appointments in addition to putting together quotes, etc. I said that's fine, could she please give me an updated time line and she said one more week. Another week passed by and she gave me the same excuses/reasons (however you want to view them) and and it would take another week. That was late August/ early September and I haven't heard back from them since. She did a wonderful job selling me the windows and had the quote come in I would have been ready to proceed. However, the followup service was sub-par if not entirely inadequate. I am very tempted to believe that the sales lady simply forgot about my quote. I highly suggest that Olympia Windows & Doors implement a better internal policy on getting back to clients, or if it truly was a case of one person being pulled in too many directions, to hire a full time staff member to handle the showroom so that your sales people on the road can properly do their job.

โ โ โ โ โ Used Olympia several years ago for work on our 1st house. When we moved into our 2nd house the windows were in very bad condition. Spoke with the sales person about not only upgrades but changing the window over our sink to a BOW type window.
Prices were great and the installation team did another fantastic job. Not a single sign that they were there, no debris what so ever was found inside our outside the house.
The traditional windows that were put in look great. The 'Stop-And-Stare" is the beautiful BOW window looking out into the garden.

Lili was there each step of the way and kept us updated. The measurement and instillation was painless. Good quality product. Good price we compared with other and stayed with Olympia.

โ โ โ โ โ I purchased several main-floor, and basement windows and a sliding glass door from Olympia Windows and Doors. The crew did a great job of installing them and I am very pleased. In addition over the years I needed a repair to the sliding door and the service was excellent. They arrived quickly, and fixed the problem immediately. I would strongly recommend them to everyone looking for windows and doors.

โ โ โ โ โ Four and a half years ago we purchased sliding patio doors with inner mini blinds. The installation was great, done on time and we were entirely satisfied with the product. Recently one of the min blinds failed to operate properly and we contacted Olympia. It was great to find out that we still had several months of warranty left and their service man showed up a few days later to inspect the door. Since he could not do the repairs, he referred the problem to the manufacturer. Two weeks later a repairman showed up with a new door and in less than 45 minutes the new door was installed, and adjusted to our complete satisfaction, no costs to us. We would certainly recommend Olympia as a reliable dealer who stands behind his products.
