From the very start very professional and friendly, which was very refreshing . Both Nordik employees introduced themselves, followed all safety protocols, put down drop cloths and began working on our new doors. The knowledge of both workers was very apparent and the finished product was perfect. The work flowed in a professional manner and was not all over the place. The attention to small details and finishing touches was the cherry on the cake. We are very pleased with team Jack and Rick and we will welcome them back when we are ready to do work on the rest of our house. We will definitely request them for our future projects involving Nordik Windows. Kevin the Installation manager came by both days to make sure everything is to our satisfaction, and was able to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this company, especially this team. ? ?

Had a full house installation of windows and doors. Now, 3 months later, terrible condensation, FROZEN windows on the inside. No response from customer service or anyone at all!!Water damage on windowsils and just atrocious installation and customer service. Spent well over 10,000$ and this is the terrible product I get. Beyond disappointed.

I would not recommend this company at all. Don't get fooled by sales people with big smiles. This company only cares about money with no respect or consideration to customers and even their own employees. I have my windows yet to be installed, because of the unsafe environment due to snow and ice, their installer was not able to do the job. Now they are calling and threatening me for legal action forcing me to pay for un-installed windows! Order Number: 209-2343 I am sorry, removing the snow from outside of the house is not my responsibility. I have already removed the furniture and curtains from inside. Also Driveway is fully accessible. We are ready for the windows to be installed, if you have problems with the installation outside of my home you need to resolve it with your own crew.

Our windows and doors from the mid 1980's were in dire need of replacing. After getting 3 quotes, we decided to go with Nordik, for both quality and price. Throughout the process, everyone we encountered along the way was very pleasant to deal with. We had some minor issues to be addressed and they were all dealt with in a timely fashion. We also had a before and after energy audit done, and we were very happy to see the results showed a better than expected improvement. The windows look great and we love the new doors! We highly recommend Nordik to anyone in the market for windows and doors.

Back in March 2021 we met with Eric Squires from Nordik and decided to place an order for 15 windows and a double door. When placing the order, Eric and the measuring technicians were made aware of the two windows (pantry and kitchen) were being enlarged. We received a call informing us of a mid July installation date so we were prepared to have the window enlargements done and ready for the installation. The enlargement was done a week before the installation date. Two days prior we received a call from Annette stating that only 5 of the windows were in (pantry, powder room, front entry and garage). We prepared for those windows only to receive a call at 11am on the installation date stating they are not coming as none of the windows were there. After that installation date we were promised the windows would be ready for October. We were not happy but understood that things happen. We were told the paint was the issue for the delay. In October the day before the installation was to take place we were informed that 3 windows (bedroom 2, front entry and pantry) were missing, also the door. The following day the door was installed as it was located. I called with my displeasure and spoke to Teresa who informed me that the windows will be supervised and that they will ensure me that the pantry window which was still plywood would be made. The day before the December installation we received a call from Annette stating that the pantry window was missing. She informed us that the installers will insulate it and it will be 12 weeks before we receive this window. We did get the other two missing windows installed and asked Nordik to send us only these installers due to the first ones being horrible. Meanwhile many of the service issues were on order since October. In March 2022, we recieved a call saying everything is in for the installation. This is a year after we signed the purchase agreement. The installation was scheduled for April 21st & 22nd. We were told there would be a service tech with the installers so everything will be resolved. On April 21st, 2022 the installers from December came to install the last missing window and two tempered glass panes (we were told these windows were tempered glass even though they were not etched). No one informed us of the right glass being installed until March 2022. We have a 7 year old and by code these windows which are 2" from the floor have to be tempered. Our building inspector informed us while Nordik stated it was optional. Once the installers spoke to me they said it indicates a service tech is supposed to be there but no one was actually scheduled. They also told me one of the tempered glass panes is a different size than the other. Even though the two windows are identical. The only thing that was done on the 21st was the last window being installed. None of the issues were fixed. I also wasn't given a time line to the issues being resolved. The installers said they will uninstall the front door and reinstall it correctly the next day and redo all the trim as it was not installed correctly. On the 22nd it was nerve wrecking watching my front door get uninstalled, not knowing if they will be able to reinstall it. The guys took their time and was able to install the door correctly which should have been done in October. The replaced the trim which is a different shade, hopefully it will change with the sun exposure. Unfortunately there is one mark in the door frame which could not be fixed. It's a brand new very expensive door and it has a cosmetic issue. After that they attempted to fix my window jam where the previous installers mis shot a nail and tried to hide it. After cutting the corner the installer realized he was not given the proper part. He was given vinyl and not PVC which is textured. They were able to fix my trim but that's it. So here I am with no dates or information for when the rest of my issues will be resolved. We have several issues including cracked siding, some they attempted to cover with a wide bead of silicone. Getting answers is impossible

Important note: Nordik still has not completed the window installation. Windows are still missing exterior caulking. They've left my house unsealed, and susceptible to water damage and Nordik is refusing to complete the job until they have received full payment. Buyers beware - this is not legal practice, please be advised that consumers have the right to pay for work and services rendered once the job is completed. Update: In response to the comment from Nordik, we have called Nordik 25 times this week and have yet to receive a call back. This does not include emails that went unanswered. It is very fair to say that the company is unresponsive. We scheduled and confirmed a service to fix the caulking today, I cleared my schedule and was on-site but no one showed up. Nordik has advised they are unwilling to take responsibility for the damage done to the exterior of the house and are unwilling to provide compensation. Please be advised. Truly the most horrendous looking windows I've ever seen, and the most unprofessional, disrespectful staff I've ever encountered. First, they misrepresented the size of the windows we would be getting - I was told they would fit the whole window cavity and upon installation told they would not. Further, the windows were actually produced several inches too small and I had to fight tooth and nail for them to even remake them properly due to an error on their end. 7 remeasures and four installation attempts later, the windows are in and look absolutely horrible. They broke the brick off the exterior of my home. They are not sealed properly, or at all on some windows. The old caulking and flashing wasn't even removed and is still visible. One window does not even stay up, it slides closed immediately upon opening. They installed wood trim in the shower that will obviously rot. The trim is cracked around windows. They are also missing the Energy Star rating stickers. Nordik is not responsive, and have yet to address all of the issues I've brought to their attention weeks ago. Rather, they continue to ask for more money. I strongly discourage prospective consumers from ever doing business with Nordik Windows and Doors.

One of my worst experience ever dealing with Nordik! From the moment we placed the order to get a new door they called after couple weeks and their biggest argument was Covid/supply chain to delay our order for at least 5 months, then finally they installed the door not to mention After damaging the electric line that connects the door bell which is my main main issues and the installers tried their best to hide from me before they leave but I was able to realize it’s the case….in addition to a small scratch left on the front side of the door even though it’s a brand new…! Now and for more than 2 weeks I’ve been chasing them to get my issues resolved but no one was able to call back or care to make sure customer expectations were met, “don’t claim they you have tried me while I was on another call and it was 4:55pm when I’ve been told they call back the next day and no one did!!” The funny part is a day before I called and I was told by the receptionist who was trying to help me but she couldn’t” “managers leaves by 4:30pm and no one is available to talk to me instead they have disappeared and every time I call they will say “someone will be with you the soonest possible” without any specific date and time…frustration level is to the max by far! I’ve dealt with Emma “sales rep” a nice individual as well who placed my order originally and also she was trying to help me but without any proper follow up. Now I know there are mangers such as Jennifer or Michelle but no one has yet gotten back to me to get things done or at least protect their company bad reputation which is unfortunately something I was not aware of!! This message intended to be posted publicly so people can be aware is such very bad and cheap customer experience especially after the transaction is over!!

The sales rep who came was very professional and had us feeling confident and excited. The window (product) itself seems fine. However, the installation quality by Nordik was very poor. They use cheap pressboard for the trim. They are not able to mitre the corners tightly. The boards they used on our window were chipped and damaged, they tried to cover what they could with tons of caulking (which they will not sand) and left the window with calking on the glass the the trim very dirty. We sent photos to our sales rep who acknowledged it looked "really bad", they sent an inspection manager nearly a month later who agreed the work was poor, he even found it was not properly sealed on the exterior, and ensured us "the interior trim will be taken down and replaced". An additional few weeks later a trades person arrived and said "If I replace this it will look exactly the same" and that "we were lucky they didn't use the even cheaper stuff that they usually use"... he convinced us our best solution was to tear the trim down ourselves, go buy our own wood and have him return to install it. We ended up outsourcing contractors to come and do the work during a renovation weeks later. I would not recommend this company for window installation. And I would caution any one who is a former customer of QSI that Nordik is not as good and to look elsewhere.
