They present to be professional and a good talk to suck you in and give them a deposit BUT they don't answer their phones, and they do not show up when they say they will. Received too many stories to the delays of the stairs. Very unprofessional, not serious and do not deliver. Our project is in major delay because of this company Do not get fooled by their website and sales talk!!! STAY AWAY !!! Made my reno experience as disaster. Look else where and their price is not the best either, they are not cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, as I am sitting outside the back of this companies stores, which is located off if Britannia Road, in Mississauga parked, in my car, waiting for a friend to finish their business at a company next door, their back door opens. I say to 1 gentleman, "do I need to move?" He politely replies, no. Then says maybe a little. The other man present, rudely says "yes you need to go." Not sure who he thinks he is, but I had to ask him, who he thinks he's talking to. I then let him know, that I was not going anywhere and moved my vehicle.
How do companies have such disrespectful, rude people representing them. I, was actually going to ask a worker, if I, had seen one coming out for a business card but quickly changed my mind. As a RN, I absolutely refuse to give my hard earned money to businesses that hire such disrespectful, rude, aggressive people.
