Not only is their product much better quality than that of big box stores but also much more selection in styles (great show room in Mississauga) & better priced as well. Dealing with Alex, Julia & Stephane from SGC was a pleasure, not only where they professional but also courteous & very accommodating. The Fence system that they provided was very well constructed & looks very rich (Black Posts etc.) :)
Thank you again SGC for all you have done! My family and I will enjoy the fence for many many years to come. Andrew G.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought both tiles and turf from them for my balcony last summer. They looked good, waited for a year, still looks good.
I did lots of searching and comparison on deck tiles in terms of materials, quality, price. I had a few candidates, this is one of them. Since last summer was the first summer in lockdown, everybody was doing home improvements. With lots of them sold out, and didn't know when will be available, among the available ones, this one has a overall pretty good score, and they are local.
I read all google reviews, one review helped me specifically on picking their highest grade tiles, for better weather protection and long lasting quality. Over a year now, they stay hooked pretty well, color didn't fade, after cleaning still looks pretty good. I am very happy with my choice.
Bought turf from them later on, pretty solid, looks realistic, love it. I bought the only one with self-cooling feature, didn't get very hot under the sun. My balcony is facing west, before sunset, it could get really sunny.
Reasons for giving 4 stars instead of 5, tiles shipping was a bit confusing. They had to ship my order from Vancouver, 3 boxes got merged into one large box (out of original boxes). I wanted to confirm the # of pieces in this large box, because I precisely calculated the area I wanted to cover, I didn't get 1 tile to spare. The customer service got inpatient after a few emails and stopped responding, so I wasn't sure about number of tiles I was getting until I actually got the package, it was what I expected, no real hassle. Another minor thing is the color of the tiles can be a little off, a few tiles look a little lighter, you won't notice it all together, but when you lay them down one by one, you can notice the difference.

They put their prices on the website in CAD, but when they find out that you are ordering from USA, they don't do convertion and say that all prices are in USD, which is 20% higher. Also they give you ridiculously high shipping rate. It would be cheaper to send a car overseas than ordering small fence panel order from them. Customer service is really bad, seems like they are not interested in selling at all.. As other reviewers stated, most likely 5 star reviews are fake. Waste of time and energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had me drive almost an hour only to tell me the items I came for weren’t in stock, even though website says in stock. When I called ahead I was told no problem and to come in to purchase. Instead, they tried to sell me on the same product with a different count box which would cost me over 3x more than the items I came in for. When I asked lady helping me if she was sure they had no inventory since the website clearly says “in stock” or if there was anything they could do to make up the count since they had the same product on site, she just went to another gentleman, spoke a different language for quite some time only to say no, I would have to buy more of the smaller boxes which would cost significantly more. Customer service was non existent so I’m taking my business elsewhere, although they didn’t seem to care anyways. Only silver lining was that I was still deciding which of their turf was best suited for my lawn but they made the decision for me… they wasted my time, but at least they won’t waste my money. I’ll take my business to someone who cares.
