★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a fan blade for an old furnace and Frank helped me out with what he managed to find in some older stock, we tried this but it didn't work and he said that was all they had. Twenty minutes later he had looked up a supplier in the area that has the exact blade and called me to give me there number, this was extremely nice of him as he didn't know me but he went out of his way to do so. Much appreciated Frank...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call in on Thursday with salesperson was excellent. I forgot to get his name but he was polite, helpful and provided all the information I needed. Contactless pick up today was quick and easy. Texted when I arrived and Steve Martindale answered and quick to find my order.
Excellent service overall!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great at not listening to inquiries over the phone and quick to cut you off when trying to explain items looking for. Would be amazing if customer service was a point of concern for this location. Keep in mind for future inquiries, not everyone that calls your store is a plumber. The person I spoke with said he didn't know what an ABS bulkhead fitting it.

Dan is very professional and helpful. My tenant informed that the faucet was leaking and I reached out Dan. He helped to locate the parts and asked the tenant to pick it up. Unfortunately the hours did work for my tenant and Dan offered after hour pick up and being very flexible after several changes. it's not easy during lock down time again in Peel, but the kindness and help from Dan is very warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They've got lots of parts and if you go in the store you can find someone to help. Calling I find is hit and miss, they're usually pretty busy so you'll end up on hold. They'll still help you when you get through but I find its easier to login and check inventory that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here before about 4 months ago and my experience wasn't the greatest. But they had a part I needed to order and had to come here to get it. TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE! I first spoke to Steve who was awesome at helping me find the right part for the unit as the part# had changed and then he put it on hold for me. When I called back to advise I will be picking the part up in the morning I spoke to someone named Kelvon who was also stellar with his service. As a woman who is in the field part time I find it difficult to get proper treatment at supplier stores, but these 2 made my Mississauga experience a 5 star one. Would totally recommend!
