We had the windows at the back of our house done 2 years ago by these fine Gentlemen and it was one of the best decisions we made!! From the moment they came into our home, it was obvious they were not like all the other companies who came to try and sell us their windows. We were struck by the difference in the way they presented their product with emphasis on: •Honesty •Integrity •No high-pressure tactics They showed us their product, explained all the details, then, left us to make the decision. There were no pushy or nasty comments when a decision was not made in their timing. It was easy to choose them for our project and they did not disappoint. They were punctual, professional and did an unbelievable job that we hate to cover up with window coverings. They had: •Amazing work ethic •Attention to detail •A personal touch •True pride in their work At the end of the project, it was quite special to watch that brief moment when they stood and admired their work with pride and then, lift the place neat and tidy as if no one had just ripped the original windows out of our home. It was a no brainer to pick up the phone and call them in for phase 2 of our project. There is no one else we would entrust our home to than these fine Gentlemen. Thank you for all you have done to make our home beautiful!!

Had front door replaced with Renova Windows and Doors. Aside from the price, I would say the experience was not pleasant as I had expected reading the other reviews. Positives: - price - youngest brother was a pleasure to work with and did not pressure to make the sale - door installation took half day Negatives: - Communication was none existent; had a difficult time reaching brothers and getting answers. Had the wrong door brought on day of installation because brothers failed to communicate with each other. - unprofessional; oldest brother kept yelling at me on day of install when I tried to point out that the door was not flush as I had been clearly promised during previous meetings. Furthermore, they missed placed pieces for the new locks I had provided for install, along with my door bell. Had to go to home depot and buy new pieces to replace the ones they lost - paid extra for custom colour on door; paint job was poor and incomplete. Have paint drips that are clearly visible, while other sections of the door you can see the white backing. Had to touch up paint myself, but imperfections are still visible.

We had our front door done 4 years ago by Renova and were happy with the overall experience, so after a few extremely unprofessional pressure induced quotes from other assumingly reptuable window companies (2 yahoo's actually showed up, full of themselves without masks during the height of Covid, claiming they had to rummage through their car to find masks, then further quoting a super high quote stating if we weren't happy with the quote, one call to Vito would make us smile.....), I remembered Zoran's calm and professional demeanor from Renova and contacted him for a quote. His quote was the last quote I needed. From the moment Zoran arrived for the quote, wearing a mask, it was clear he was not like all the other companies who came to try and pressure sell us their windows. We were impressed by the difference in the way he presented their product honestly stating the quality and difference between two and triple pane windows as my main concern was blocking out as much noise as possible. He was not pressuring us at all and made it clear that we did not need ro commit today. It is always great to see family working and running a business together. The commitment to one another and to their customers to deliver and install a quality product is clear to see as they work in unison together. When they removed rusted and leaking 12 yr old windows that had been done by another company you could see how disappointed and disgusted they were that another company could ethically install windows in such a way. They explained what the other company had done wrong and promised our new windows they installed will never leak and shift the way my old ones did. Renova in my opinion is the best choice for your window and door needs. They will not over quote then play games to reduce the price, they will honestly quote you their best price and a product within your budget and not pressure you to sign on the spot. The product installed will be a quality product with much attention detail in their installation. Immediately after install you could see and feel the warmth with a more secure install and noise has been greatly reduced. Thank you Zoran and Mirko, I have already recommended you to a few friends.

Bought and had installed a front entry door and a sliding patio door from Renova Windows. Zoran was wonderful to deal with. His prices were the most reasonable compared to others. His brother Mirko and the other helper Alex did an amazing job with installation. I was never pressured into any decision and Zoran's suggestions on design were perfect with my budget. I'm glad I listened to him as the result was excellent. So glad I went with Renova. The whole process was 5 stars and would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!

Very poor customer service , lock need to be fix , waiting to change since 2021, using lock cheap quality with in 1 week lock was defective, still waiting to be fix, keep telling me he is busy , after did not answer phone , poor service , and door installation is not good , leaking from bottom, not even 1 year yet . I would not recommend him again to anyone ... also he is lier , for saying good customer service ..

The work was completed on time and staff were very professional and courteous. The pricing was reasonable, approximately $3000 less than the competition. I would highly recommend Renova to my neighbours and friends. Zoran, the owner of the company was always willing to help. He went above and beyond.

An impeccable company, great product, service, installation. Very meticulous, a family owned business. Mirko and Zoran were so honest, great people. Under-promise, over-deliver. An excellent job at a fair price. Would always recommend them. They are not just installers and sales people, they are great consultants. No wonder, they have been in business for such a long time.

Renova Windows replaced my entire home windows and front door. This business is ran by professional and courteous brothers. They provide high quality products and are extremely knowledgeable in this business. I challenge anyone to find the quality of products for the reasonable costs they provide. During installation I was present to witness the care as if they were installing in their own home. They did an amazing job cleaning up during and after the installation. I would recommend them to all family and friends as my experience with them has been very positive. They are hard working and good people. Their entire team go above and beyond in ensuring the customer is happy with the service provided. Renova Windows did an excellent job!
