En fait, j'ai acheté une paire de souliers à 50 $ un dimanche à 17h et le lendemain, dès l'ouverture, j'ai souhaité les retourner. (si on compte ça fait 10 minutes tout au plus d'heures ouvrables. Je n'ai donc fait manqué aucune occasion de vente sur cette paire) ... La propriétaire m'a alors appris que c'était une vente finale et qu'elle ne veut pas me les rembourser! Pour des souliers à 25$, peut -être que j'aurais compris qu'il s'agissait d'une vente finale, mais pour des souliers à 50$ qu'il portera 3 mois.... Je suis sans mot de voir qu'il y a si peu de souci face à la réalité de la clientèle et un si grand focus sur les ventes (et le profit qui vient avec). Je n'y retournerai plus. Je vous laisse vous faire votre opinion I had a horrible experience with this store. In fact, I bought a pair of shoes at $ 50 on a Sunday at 5pm and the next day, when I opened, I wanted to return them. (if you count it's 10 minutes at most hours of work, so I did not miss any sales opportunity on this pair) ... The owner then told me it was a final sale and she does not want to pay me back! For shoes at $ 25, maybe I would have understood that it was a final sale, but for shoes at $ 50 it will carry 3 months .... I am wordless that there is so little concern about the reality of the customer and such a big focus on sales (and the profit that comes with it). I will not stay there again. They only sell good quality shoes, which explain their high prices. You won't find cheap shoes here. What you buy will last for as long as you child's feet can fit in there ;) They also have specialized shoes for kids which have sweaty feet problems. ________________ Excellent service à la clientèle à chaque fois que l'on y va. Ils ont une vaste expérience dans le domaine de la chaussure et ça parrait dans l'étendue de leurs connaissances. Ils ne vendent que des chaussures de qualité, ce qui explique que leurs prix semblent haut. Vous ne trouverez pas de chaussures médiocres ici. Ce que vous achèterez durera aussi longtemps que votre enfant pourra les porter. Ils ont aussi des chaussures spécialisées pour les enfants qui ont des problèmes de transpiration des pieds. Quelques prix spéciaux à l'occasion mais rarement en bas de 30$. On aimerait plus de soldes, car payer des sandales pour enfants 80$ pour moins de trois mois d'utilisation ce n'est pas donné à tous, même si c'est le prix de détail courant. The lady who works there has always offered me a good service and has always helped me find the right size. Many choices and big brands. Some special prices occasionally but rarely below $ 30. We would like more sales because paying children's sandals $ 80 for less than three months of use is not given to all, even if it's the current retail price.

La dame met de la pression et émet beaucoup de jugements sans même s’en rendre compte. À l’écouter parler il faudrait que chaque enfant porte des chaussures neuves tout le temps et que les parents dépensent 600$ en chaussures par enfant par année pour ne pas les handicaper. Aucune nuance. C’est axé sur la vente et non sur le service à la clientèle. J’y suis allé 3 fois avant de me rendre compte que chaque fois que j’en sortais j’étais malaisée. De plus, elle n’adresse pas la parole à mon mari et ne me parle qu’à moi. Cette dame vient d’une autre époque il faut croire! J	Josee Lupien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't expecting much from that shop when I first went there, but was pleasantly surprised with the choice and quality of the shoes for babies and toddlers, and even for older kids and teenagers. The lady who works there is an absolute pearl, so much so that I have made a point to buy my son's boot there every year; I could get them from somewhere else, but with all the works the St-Hubert has undergone, affecting sales of the shops located on that street, I am pretty sure every sale is more than welcome, clients will be treated like a friend everytime, as I was there.

Go earlier in the season for better selection since it’s a small space they run out of the popular colours or sizes sometimes, but once they know the size needed they quickly show all the appropriate options. Excellent and efficient service.
