BEWARE - Never work with this company!!! We did so much work for this company and they never paid us for any of the work yet! It's been 2 years and we are still fighting to get paid. They owe us over $50,000 These people are total frauds, never trust a word they say and DO NOT HIRE THEM. YOU WILL END UP OWING THEIR DEBTS.

Poor construction company that takes no care of their construction site or the impact it has on surrounding area. We are neighbours to a site of theirs currently - supervisor wont answer his phone or call back and is never on site to talk with in person. They have left tarps flailing that stretch into our backyard and hit our windows, screws and rubble all over our side walks despite us asking politely numerous times to please use care. no courtesy or professionalism in how the operate at all. Would not be at all surprised if this job is finished poorly as it has already taken over 1 month for them to get visibly nowhere.

I own a company called pronto painting ltd. We have worked for nvr construction since 2013 with no problems! In the past year however they have started running into money issues. After not getting paid for a job for more than 3 months (Lamborghini dealership) in calgary I set up a meeting with them to discuss payment and payments of future jobs. When I asked them if they took Pronto's money for Lamborghini took being the nice way of saying stole they (Shiloh) Said most of it in the end meaning yes we took all of it. Long story short we worked out a payment plan and discussed future jobs. Normally I might have walked away. Who wants to work with someone not paying. I didn’t because they promised me it wouldn’t happen again!!! The promise and our past working together led us to take on other jobs. Well shame on me!!!! They currently owe us money for a few jobs (Scott's pressure wash And Burnbrae farms) to name a few. My personal opinion don’t work for them and if your going to hire them make sure to have them provide statutory declarations for each trade!!!!! Contractors don’t provide your last hold back stat deck until you have been paid!!! I did for Scott's pressure wash And they haven’t paid me my hold back!!! In they end they are a company With no integrity willing to sink All around them just to try to Try to stay afloat!!!!! This is all 100% verifiable information And can be proved if contacted. One more thing, the owner Vic just recently opened up a restaurant in Manitoba. How sad there ripping people off and opening restaurants!! Best regards, Joel Sklar

Do not ever use NVR Construction Ltd. or any of the executives that manage this company! If you do, you will have nothing but stress and headaches. They are unethical and unprofessional. NVR Construction Ltd. did not pay all their trade workers, and I ended up with two liens placed against my leased space because of this. The owner and CEO, Vic Reykdal, never had the professionalism or the fortitude to contact me in-person when requested to discuss the lien issues he created by not paying his trades, and how they were going to resolve the issue. In addition, NVR Construction Ltd. president, Sean Joyce, is not always truthful. Sean Joyce provided me with an extended warranty due to all the issues and delays from their sub-par construction, and in the end, he never honoured the warranty. Sean also set-up in-person meetings, and would then not show up in order to avoid having to deal with the issues which I thought was quite unprofessional and cowardly. Furthermore, their COO, Shiloh Forrest, was dishonest with not providing accurate information in regards to the reasons as to why this company was not fulfilling their commitments, and would cover up for Vic Reykdal and Sean Joyce. I could provide many other reasons as to why you should not utilize NVR Construction Ltd. or these three individuals, but the main reason is that they do not provide quality outcomes or products, and they cannot be trusted.
