Moved me to rural Alberta (6hours away from where I live) left my family to work for the company and then with no probable cause or warning after verbal abuse from superiors and high level office management, They laid me off and basically told me good luck getting home. Was never reprimanded for anything. Had personal information about high level office management that would highly tarnish their name within the industry (ie: not following building codes for customer safety etc.) But when inquired about said problems, I was told to basically “shut up” about them.
Not to mention the superintendents high level of drug use within the company and selling of company materials to support their habits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lear Construction has been building townhouses in the complex where I live for over a year now. Five times I've had to call with a noise complaint, and I could have called many more. I've been listening to blaring music from somebody's truck for the last two weeks now. I called, and the music stopped for one day. I also have had to speak to someone three times about workers parking in front of my driveway so I can't get out. Not fun being late for work because of that.
