Century Roofing Ltd - Calgary

We had a fantastic experience with Century Roofing. They took care of all our insurance work after a storm. Any time I’ve called with a question, they call right back or send someone out right away. They are a great company with great service and communication skills.

Couldn't comment on their quality of work but they were unable to start the repairs for 2 months even after repeatedly telling me that they will start in a week. After waiting on them for 2 months, I had to cancel the agreement with them.

If you are thinking about hiring Century Roofing you should read my review. Keep in mind this is my experience therefor my opinion. The company has a very limited knowledge when it comes to siding replacement. I wanted under the vinyl panel exterior soundproof but was told at first by Kevin; the estimator. a)such is ** no** available. b) given a product which KEVIN stated * is* soundproof but when I went to see the product was told by seller the material is insulation for hot/cold but not soundproof c)searched myself and found 3 company's who produce exactly such soundproof material of which 2 are in USA but 1 is here in Calgary. So, I done so much myself work for the Century Roofing which actual is not my job given the cost of the job close to and maybe even over$ $10,000.oo dollars. Once this info the Calgary soundproofing company information was given to Kevin, i received acknowledgement back from Century Roofing that a new estimate was made and is ready now with Calgary company but now i would have to wait doing the job and stand in line. EXCUSE me? Because of Kevin, Century Roofing lack of knowledge this was stretched out and NOW i have to wait?? No good.

We were introduced to Century roofing last fall, when they were contacted by the Sunroom company that replaced our patio cover. Century was asked to examine our roof to determine if that might be the cause of the ongoing leaking of the patio cover. Rick, the owner came out promptly to have a look and discuss the problem with us. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. He had a crew out quickly to closely examine the roof and promptly sent a report to us and the Sunroom company when completed. While there was no problem found with the roof, they did find a problem with our attic vent, which they repaired at no cost to us. So, when were having a problem with our front eavestrough, I called Century Roofing. Andrew came out promptly to have a look and recommended they be replaced. He too was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We were happy with the quote provided and they had a crew from Walkabout Enterprises out to replace the gutters within a few weeks. The job was completed professionally and quickly, with cleanup being very thorough. He even removed and saved all of the Christmas light clips for us. In addition, I had asked Andrew if they would be able to remove a non-functioning satellite dish from our roof. He had one of his roofers come out to remove the dish and repair the roof at no additional cost. Their roofer was very thorough completing the job and explaining everything he had to do. We are very happy with the work that Century has done for us. Everybody we have dealt with at the company has been Knowledgeable, professional, prompt and pleasant to deal with, not to mention that they have gone above and beyond for us. We will definitely use them for any future roofing needs and do not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a small repair job done today which was handled quickly and efficiently. All the staff we dealt with provided excellent customer service . This was refreshing since it was not a big job for the company. They did put our roof on quite a few years ago and we had never had to use their services since then. We would recommend them .

One of the most reliable people to deal with. Rick (the owner) and Kevin (project manager) are an amazing team. I wanted to get a real picture of my roof after there was a slight leak. They did not only informed me with an honest situation of the issue but also came in and fixed my roof while I was away. They left me a note at my door that the roof’s being fixed and I can call in to pay for the service online. 100% !!!

I highly recommend this company. They came out to give us an estimate on our new roof installation within 24 hours of our request, and we are outside of the city limits. All personnel were responsible, professional, pleasant and the work was done faster than we expected. The roofer was very respectful of our property and our very friendly dog.

I had hail damage to my roof and Century Roofing addressed the issue quickly and professionally. Kevin was responsive to my questions and he also came by my other house, which was only a block away, to check our roof for damage (for free since he was doing my other roof). He provided me with lots of pictures to show that my roof was fine. I really appreciated his willingness to provide this extra service. As a result, I would use Century Roofing again and recommend them to others. In my experience, they were honest, trustworthy, and responsive.
