★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo project was delayed multiple times, the workmanship was questionable at best. The site was a mess, with nails dropped all over the lawn and equipment & trailers left overnight with packaging flying into the wind. Another contractor had to be called in to fix the problems not addressed by Markit. I will NEVER recommend them and would give them ZERO star if the option was there.
