★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent from this company!! Terrible management, they never fix any repairs and they NEVER call you back. Impossible to get a hold of a property manager, and if you do, they are exceptionally rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible services, layers, I paid 325$ to fix the door for person who the invision recommended and they promised me that they will refund the money back to me but unfortunately I am waiting since 2018
And they refused to pay the money back
to me this year and they ignored all the problem. Also, especially the manager who is called Scott he was so unresponsive . The reception don't respond to your request after 5-6 time
My advice for people don't trust this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible property management company. Emailed them twice and called the office twice to get a severely leaking faucet that’s leaking hot water fixed. No reply to my emails and the receptionist said someone would call me back, but no luck after several weeks. Very disappointed with this company considering we pay very good money to rent our house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doing the bare minimum at the best of times. Over the course of ~4 years, I've had countless issues with Nvision and nearly needed to take them to court. My house features an illegal basement suite, a property manager that never responds to me and is not friendly or comprehensive when he does, and a development sign on my front yard that they are vague about the details of. Grateful to be housed, but it is clear that this company does not care about it's tenants.
