Unfairly ticketing people is a poor business model. Reconsider your actions Update to this: I have been dealing with robins due to them owning the parking lot where my work is located. They give people tickets with little to no justification, and only respond to emails that include payment information. When attempting to explain I had been given a ticket in error I never received any responses. I've truly never dealt with a worse company their business model does seem to rely on bullying 'customers' into paying tickets often unfair tickets (Would give zero stars if such a thing was possible)

My son parks at Camosun College at Interurban. The machines accept coins and credit cards only. My son doesnt have access to a credIt card and sometimes doesn’t have change for the machine. He pays for parking everyday but doesn’t always have change (he can prove this). He goes into the college for change. Twice in the last few weeks he’s received two tickets while getting change. Literally, gets a ticket within ten minutes of parking. Do the parking attendances circle the lots like sharks ready to attack their next victim? Theres no grace period for students. I can understand this for lots in the downtown area but these are students. How about a grace period of 30 minutes? Show some apathy for these students. Not everyone is trying to get away with free parking! It’s 2020 and your machines can’t accept bills, perhaps you can invest some of the parking ticket profits into change machines for the parking lot? I would think this would be common sense and courtesy? UPDATE: It took 8 months to receive a response to my review. That speaks volumes about your Customer Service policies. Why did you bother? I work in Financial Cyber Security for 25 years and your statement regarding Debit card transactions being insecure is simply wrong. Debit card transactions are processed with very high security. Consult your Technology Department before publishing false facts. Paper money is legal tender in Canada. If your unable to accept paper money as a form of payment, then you should be providing change machines. Invest into providing adequate customer service by responding to reviews in a timely manner and coin change machines until you can figure out how to integrate debit cards into your systems. Common sense? Your average review rating is 1.7 out of 5. Ugh.

I had been seeking a parking solution for quite some time and ended up in lots of back & forth communication with customer service. They have been very helpful in finding me monthly parking as I was unfamiliar with the city of Victoria. I have appreciated their infinite patience helping me with a unique situation. A special shout out to Yvette!

Despite having a valid ticket, I had to pay a fine. The parking ticket flipped over on my dash, either from the wind that day or closing the door. They reduced the fine to $10 if paid within 7 days. The parking fines are outrageous and Robbins is terrible to deal with. I avoid parking with them at as much as possible. They also have changed some of the lots to say U Park. Guess they figure that people might now realize they are still Robbins and park there.

I had the most amazing experience today. I parked at what has to be considered the BEST parking facility this side of the Rockies. I arrived at lot and I dont usually admit this, but i suffer from terrible PTSD and this parking lot allowed me to feel safe and secure for the first time in years. I want to raise a toast to a company that I think of as a friend in Robbins Parking. Thank you Robbins, you turned this middle income guy who used to fear parking into a parking lover. Sometimes as a way to pay Robbins back for the joy they bring me, I will buy several parking tickets just to give back!

An open lot with no lines, cracked pavement, gravel, and no signage at the rear entrance. Pretty much empty. They charged me $36 for going over the limit. Because there are no signs at the rear entrance, I had no idea there was a limit until the payment notice was on my window. I've read they will boot your car if they find you on one of their lots with unpaid "notices."

Person on the phone was immediately super rude and unhelpful. Felt like they’re trying to power-trip and be superior. Absolutely unacceptable way to talk to customers.

I am a student at interurban and I was in a midterm, i didn’t think the midterm would run as long as it did and my parking had expired and since I was in the midterm there was no way I could do anything about it. I rushed outside and I had a ticket. I always pay for parking and am really not happy about having to pay a fee when I already have to worry about tuition and book payment as well. I really don’t think students should be worried about rushing to finish classes, exams, midterms ect in fear of getting a parking ticket especially when we already pay so much money to attend school in the first place…
