The new history that Abstract Developments has created for itself may be the beginning of the end to this company. It is unfortunate that the owners of this company have taken a dictorial view of its intentions for nothing other than profit, which in my view can only be described as greed.

All of their projects are second to none - everything from initial layout to finished product are completed to very high standards. There's a reason why they are a multi award winning company and overall it's because they are passionate about their customers and employees.

Too many projects on the go to finish what they started and unprofessional higher ups when I contacted them. They are all about sales and no follow through. months later a number of items are slow to be finished or unconfirmed, and Abstract is stalling about funds for a broken elevator affecting all the residents. Kudos to Sarah and Kaitlyn who did provide good service in the aspect of sales. I don't recommend the business overall.
K	Kevin Irving-Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to own the condo that was built by Abstract Developments. I've only lived in a condo entire my life and never had condo like this ever. Noise level is too too high. I've talked to the neighbors (older couple) from upstairs quite a few times and they've tried their best to keep the noise down. Yes, it is all-wood-framed building. However, never had this much of noise before from another "all-wood-framed" buildings. I wonder they even follow the construction standard. If you are considering to buy a condo unit from Abstract, buy top floor or concrete-built units only.
G	Graham Bennett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abstract's website states that their Beliefs include 'Integrity is our foundation' and 'Quality exceeds the highest expectations'. If only that were true. We live in an Abstract development. When they did the original landscaping they tossed all the construction debris (including asphalt, broken concrete and shingles) into the front yard and covered it with a thin layer of gravel and loam. Eventually the garden became root-bound and started dying off - that is when we discovered the poor landscaping work. When we approached Abstract and suggested a small contribution to the costs we incurred to remediate their poor work (less than $3000 would have covered the entire cost), they didn't deny they had done this, they just broke out the lawyer letters and hid behind warranty language. They could have done the right thing - they chose the other thing. So much for Integrity and Quality!

Obviously they really dont care about their clients. Not even a real apology from the sales girl Sarah Henderson. I have been told by neighbours that is the companies attidue about everything it builds and does,
S	Sandy Kendall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We own 2 condos in different locations, both built by Abstract, and are very satisfied. Of high quality and excellent workmanship! Their designs do a lot to enhance/upgrade certain neighborhoods. Often pass Bellewood Park and I am impressed.
