★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and unprofessional service by the employees at the FOI branch in Victoria BC. I had completed a FOI application a year ago from today. However, the FOI officer failed to comply with the extension letters, and not to mention how all the telephone numbers listed on the letters from the FOI office is no longer in service. I am honestly disgusted in the service that still hasn't been provided to me despite my numerous follow up phone calls.
