β β β β β A secret to Victorias parking congestion. First hour is free and evenings after 6 as well Lots of spots but very busy until about 2 or so. Often they leave the full sign out even when there are spaces. Apparently do not have a traffic counting system and no display panel. Fairly frequent issues with elevators out of service. Has patrols but often seem to be just loafing around. Automated booth is very out of date and height is poor for modern cars. Doesn't accept tap interac. Attendant there in the day only. Positive it is central, reasonably clean and out of the rain.

β β β β β Edit: as of July 2 removed stars due to the automated machine on the right side of the exit malfunctioning. There was a long lineup on the attendant side so I decided to use the unmanned counterpart. It charged 20 cents when I was there for under an hour. There was a handwritten sign stuck on the machine "DO NOT FEED DIMES" so when I inserted a quarter, the machine ate it and still demanded payment. Then when I used my credit card, it took 2 card reads before it "accepted payment". When I was driving off, there was a security guard inside the unmanned booth with eyes averted. Did that person not see the machine ripped off 45 cents off me? Very skeptical City of Victoria will refund me that difference.
Long story short, do not use the right side of the machine unless it's Sunday or after 18:00 on other days of the week.
Former review:
Favorite downtown public parkade I use for decades because it's three floors underground with ample spaces. It is especially nice in the summer when you want to keep your car interior cool.

β β β β β Seemed clean. No transients sniffing around the cars. Did not see any cameras that i was aware of. Price was acceptable for downtown Victoria. I would use again as it was convenient and off the mojor roads.
