★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would've given a Zero if Google allowed me to. No one ever picked up a call. A friend of mine received a prohibition for four months since last December. We disputed for it and not yet received a decision. And his prohibition is now almost over. What is the point of having it disputed? Extremely poor system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say that they are too busy because of covid. Okay sure. However most government office jobs are work from home. Also and more importantly what is the point in having a phone number that literally doesn’t work. I’ve called 10 times at different times of the day. They say they are too busy to answer and then hang up. For a government that is in desperate need of truck drivers this plus dealing with ICBC and the now 15k tuition fee. Just another example of complete government incompetence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have amazing phone operators that are always polite and optimistic. I also spoke to a manager today that is accommodating and very empathetic. They are attempting to see if the adjudicator can process my file as I have been waiting patiently like everyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ask you not to be rude but have full freedom to speak to you in whatever manner is convenient to them. They're taking your license away which would potentially change your life (over snoring) and then can also hang up on you and not even call back. If give this 0/5 stars if I could, 1 is generous.
