I order online, and find the website easy to navigate, and if something is unavailable I get a pleasant phone call asking If they might have something to replace the missing item. My wife, Denise Chouhan and her partner Janine Sieppert run a Lethbridge, AB based Charity that, among many other things, makes Teddy bears for children in need. Nusso Textiles provides us with the stuffing for those bears.
When we contacted them, Sam and Jay provided prompt, friendly, efficient and overall excellent customer service, and were very Generous to our charity in offering a Wholesale discount!
We researched many suppliers, and preferred a domestic (Canadian) supplier. Not only was this company very competitively priced, they also provided a Far SUPERIOR QUALITY product to the first US supplier we had!
Their generous additional discount helped offset our Shipping costs, which is very important to the self sufficiency of a Non-profit charity!

My last order this week, I pulled in and before I could turn off my car, an employee showed up outside with my order. A very nice surprise. I was in and out in 3 seconds. Will continue to go back time and time again!
