I ordered online and they had it ready for curb side pickup within 30 mins. The lady on the phone was super friendly and helpful, and then the gentleman at the door confirmed and answered any questions I had. Probably the friendliest customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. I’ll be back!

I was hesitate to purchase from this company initially because the company was outside the province I live in, and I never heard of them before so I called to confirm it was a legitimate company. To my surprise, Jan, who picked up the telephone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was well taken care of. Right after the telephone call, I went online and purchased what I needed, and received my order extremely quick. I highly recommend purchasing from J. Tarnow if you need any hair cutting supplies. They did not fix the issue I sent my clipper in for before they mailed it back, lost the blade from my clipper (which the manufacturer replaced), and I’m out the shipping fee I had to pay to send the clipper to them in the first place for the warranty work they didn’t even do. They haven’t responded to address any concerns. If your manufacturer asks you to send your unit here, just junk it and save yourself the hassle.

You have a mask and a pexiglass, yet they want to discriminate and service me outside. How does this make sense? You have an exemption sign yet you don’t abide by it. I’ve been coming here to give my business. It’s unfortunate you guys want to divide and discriminate people. You have a license to serve the public. The lady took a picture of me without my consent. This whole time with her trying to gaslight me, blame me for her health, yet not complying with the bylaw, she could of serviced me inside and it would of been no problem. She made it a problem. Very disappointed with this place. As a business owner myself, you should review the bylaw and understand the science and the law. I will definitely tell others and I will take my business elsewhere.

M	Max Marcus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 6 stars to J Tarnow Co if I could! I brought my Andis beard trimmer in for repair as it wasn't able to charge properly anymore. They tried one solution, but it didn't really fix it unfortunately. When I returned a few days later, they gave me a brand new trimmer of the same model for no additional charge!! I tried to argue and asked to at least pay the difference between the (very modest) repair charge and the price of the new trimmer, but Elliott wouldn't hear of it. This was an incredible act of integrity and kindness, especially at a time when the world desperately needs it. I've been trying to pay it forward ever since. :) Jan was also wonderful to deal with when I spoke with her over the phone and in person (when I initially dropped the trimmer off). Great sense of humour and kindness! And she explained very clearly what I could expect regarding the next steps of the repair process. Also: The simple fact that this store offers repairs and blade-sharpening is a reason to give them your business. They believe in made-to-last high-quality products and in the importance of maintaining/repairing your equipment rather than replacing it every few years. Great for the environment and for your wallet!
