However, if what you need is for them to give you chemical formulas and colouring lessons to fix a mess you've made with your clients hair, that is not their job. I think sometimes people forget that (over the years shopping here I've heard many conversations where the supposed hairdresser was trying to have the girls working here tell them what to do to fix a mess). The girls that work here are mostly in the beauty profession, however, not all are hairdressers. Additionally, the company regulation prohibits them from giving any chemical / processing advice. Therefore, if you are a beauty professional shopping here you can expect wonderful service and good advice/recommendations to the extent that the staff are able to give. These girls work very hard. Providing customer service is not all that they do. Anything and everything that is required by the store is done by these girls, it's a lot.

K	KAREN ESQUEDA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls give frightful service, I went to buy some things with my husband, they asked him if he had a license, I told him not only that I had, and they told me that he had to leave the store, it was stupid was my companion and I was going to buy, I tried to explain to the lady and she told me not to waste her time and she also ran me. I bought at another store in that same mall, much more friendly! do not go to this store

This guy is a natural sales person and you can tell that he ♡ what he does. I spent significantly more than I was planning because of his information. Cosmoprof is lucky to have him... (Ps Never met him before today. He was just a breath of fresh air).
C	Christina Isaac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ??I went yesterday Sunday 11.july. 2021 she was big work there and she has blonde hair she was very rude??? and she didn't say hi when I went inside store they service so bad I hope next time when I go there I don't too see her there beacaus I think now they store they need young people to work there they more patient ..it's good store and professional items there

First of all this store was half empty!!and at the end the girl behind the cash said you should register as a customer & hairstylist with your license! otherwise you can’t purchase !!! After she checked my license picturs & my driving license id( like they’re working in FBI) it tooks around 10 min still, she said oh! The app is not working! It means you can’t purchase!!!!! Like still she had my license & my ID in her hands and she was lookin on my eyes like a ghost and she didn’t cash !!!!!! Cheapest place ever!!! like Ziro customer service and honestly the store is empty!! Please Don’t waist your time for this placs there are lots of beauty supply in this city!!!
