c	carol huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I visited Viet House and ordered a small size of pho take out. As I was paying for my order, I realized that they charged me extra money so I asked the cashier why my order costed more that was posted. The cashier later told me that they only sold large size orders of pho and so, I accepted and changed my order to large. After this, I kindly suggested the cashier to notify customers before hand and maybe change the menu for a bit to reduce confusion. At this time, the owner was beside us and seemed very upset about my suggestion and gave a solid but rude rejection towards my suggestion. After that, I ignored his reaction and decided to pick up a pair of chopsticks as I was ordering takeout but could not find a pair anywhere and so, I decided to take a pair of chopsticks from the table next to me as to my surprise, the owner yelled at me and told me that those are not for sale. Finally, reaching my tolerance, I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. This place treats the customers horribly. I would not recommend going here if you want to be treated like trash.

The staff are helpful; when my wife was about to order a dish that was too bland, the waitress cautioned her that it was a dish that onlt Vietnamese tend to like. Pho was good as were the spring rolls. I will go back again.

E	Egor Shalvarov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first experience at this location. It's like a hidden gem - cannot really be seen from the Orfus rd. It's a great place! Very clean, spacious and with comfy soft chairs. I'd say the food is very traditional to Vietnamese cuisine in GTA. We had the beef special phó and the vegetarian (came with the vegetarian broth option, which was nice) and a few orders of deep fried spring rolls. Can't say that I saw a huge diversity in vegetarian options. Extra plus for good customer service - Michael, the owner/manager, was very hospitable. Overall, great experience!
