If you're looking for someone you can trust then it is TapisRugs. They greeted me at the door and were very eager to help. They have really cool selection of modern rugs too. I loved the fact that I could even design my own rug, and create a one of a kind masterpiece. I have used these guys for rug cleaning and rug repairs and the work is impeccable. There is no reason to try anyone else because Tapis Rugs takes the cake!!

When considering the broad variety of rugs they have, patience with undecided customers is a great asset (and Sara and her team surely have it...). The quality/cost ratio of their products is hard to beat and - because live some hundreds of km away from Toronto - the all-inclusive free shipping and custom-cut size options made Tapis's offer even more attractive. Finally, while for the first visit we wanted to check in person the quality of the rugs, we are now more than confident to place the next order just online. Very well done, Tapis!

I chose a beautiful wool & silk rug that was perfect for my living room but I needed a custom size. Tapis altered the rug to the size I needed and created a beautiful runner. Their customer service was top notch and they did a wonderful job on the alterations. They delivered the rug and placed it in the room, where it looks absolutely beautiful. The value is exceptional. I recommend them highly.

Contemporary but completely different form anything we have seen before. They told us it was from Tapis Rugs, and that they had it custom made. We too have visited Tapis to see the selection. We picked out 3 AMAZING handmade rugs, they have delivered them to our home for us to decide which fits out space best. We ended up getting one of the new Cloud rugs, and we couldn't be happier.
