P	Pushkar Singh Arora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with the Toronto store for replacing carpets in the bedrooms with hardwood and ceramic tiles on the main floor with porcelain tiles. The hardwood guy did a good job of removing carpets and installing hardwood in the bedrooms. But it all went downhill from there. The other contractors were not professional at all and during the demolition of old tiles didn't bother to cover other areas of the house resulting in scratches all over the hard wood on stairs and living room from old cement. They didn't even have proper tools and damaged my central vacuum system when they used it to vacuum gravel and cement. I had 2 weeks scheduled for this work and even after me pleading with them multiple times that I have other contractors scheduled for electrical and paint work right after them, they never showed up on time. The Toronto store sent one guy for installing tiles in over 1000 sqft who had never installed tiles ever and could only install 10 tiles in 5 days! I had to ask him to leave and had to call the other Mississauga store for help and that’s where Amar helped me and thankfully the work could be finished although several days late. Just a word of advice; go to the Mississauga store and avoid the Toronto store for your contracting needs. They will not respect your time and all you will get is false promises from them.

Mr. Subhash in their Toronto store was very professional, helpful and showed various hardwood options and explained price and quality difference. We had many options to choose from and finally we made the choice. Next day company person came to our home for measurements and to get an idea of the work and gave us the final price from the work. The installation was done within 1- week time with great workmanship and the installers were very professional and soft spoken. The experience with eglinton carpet was very satisfying and we are very happy with the new flooring the way it looks now.

As a first time nervous renovator, Satinder the project manager at the store was with me every step of the way immediately putting me at ease. Coming for the initial estimate he answered all my questions and was clearly very knowledgeable. My renovation, which was July 12, was an installation of vinyl flooring in my condo unit. Abbas and Omar were the condo flooring specialists assigned to the job. Both guys were quick and got down to work immediately moving the furniture clearing up the old laminate in about 30minutes. I could tell that both contractors were seasoned veterans and the flooring install was completed in about 6 hours without a hitch. They cleaned up, disposed of all the remaining garbage then moved all the furniture back for me. They even swept up the dust from the construction. I can tell that the guys at Eglinton Carpet and Flooring have a very high standard of professionalism with an eye for quality and detail. They didn't leave until I was happy. I love the flooring they installed and will definitely do business with them again in the future. Thanks guys!

The work was done with good quality and I am happy with the product. They were able to finish in an appropriate time and cleaned up perfectly when done. I was able to just walk in and put my furniture back... no mess. I would use them again for another job.
