★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located and very easy to use. I've rarely had better value for money when I've had to store my possessions while I'm away on a long contract. The staff are friendly and make you feel very secure about your belongings. The storage units are great for the price you pay, and access to the building is MUCH better than some of the confusing mazes I have had to navigate with a cart full of my stuff. A+. I'll be using these guys every time from here on in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a jam because I needed to move out without and overlap in between houses. They were offering first month for free and I decided to go for it. Btw their moving boxes are great. Better than uhaul. Sturdier. There was a little snatch when I was canceling but their customer service rep reach out and resolved it for me. I am a happy customer and will come back. Also the lady in the store is amazing. She’s so sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had terrible nightmare... somebody break-in to my storage unit... and the management blamed for the lock... and their CCTV not help at all... there are 5 units break in at November 10th 2021... be careful when you put your motorcycle there... the thief want to steal my motorcycle and broke the ignition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are friendly. The storage is nice and close to everywhere, and it's great that it has 24/7 access. Do not rent storage without visiting this place.

We will forward your message to management “ lol yet still they dont fix or care to fix the issue of break-ins into their RENTED lockers. Not sure the point to have your items in paid storage just so they can be broken into at anytime and take ur valuables!!??? Keep you ridiculously replies to urself Access storage! No need to ur politically correct falsely managed messages. And put in some proper cameras ? stop being so cheap. Fix the real issue!
Also have a sign saying “not responsible for stolen items or break ins , stop misleading ur services!

I had my lock in my locker broken at this location, i went to the front desk to ask them to check Cameras, they said they couldnt because i haven’t been there in more than 30 days And they didnt want to spend all day checking the cameras! (Utterly disgusting on their part)
They told me to file a police report, i went out of my way for hours to file the report and then to find out - their insurance doesnt cover items when the lock is broken(or the thieves break the lock itself). !! (Have i lost my mind !! Does this make sense)??
They only cover your storage/unite/items if there is physical damage to the gates or doors of. Break in And entry, also if there is a flood or fire in the facility. That is what they said to me of when their insurance will cover items, (dumbstruck)
This place is a complete waste of time/service and money! How do i regret storing my items here :(
How dare they not take the time to do their due diligence to check “theyre” cameras on my belongings! Just cause they arent sure the date my items were stolen ! I trusted my belongings with this storage unit, shame on them.! Shame on their ridiculous business ethics.
Utterly disgusted! This place is unprofessional and does not claim responsibility on items that are apparently stollen, nor will they check their Cameras!
